ข่าว / News การจัดอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการจากหน่วยงานพันธมิตร Training Workshop organized by alliance agencies มูลนิธิอุทยานสิ่งแวดล้อมนานาชาติสิรินธรฯ ร่วมกับส��ำนักงานเกษตร จังหวัดเพชรบุรี จัดการอบรม 2 หลักสูตร คือ หลักสูตรการเพิ่ม ประสิทธิภาพองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นในการลดและใช้ประโยชน์ของเสีย จากการเกษตร และหลักสูตรการจัดการศัตรูพืชทางการเกษตรแบบผสมผสาน (Integrated Pest Management - IPM) ในไร่นาเกษตรกร ส��ำหรับ เกษตรกรในจังหวัดเพชรบุรี เพื่อเป็นการถ่ายทอดความรู้ให้องค์กรปกครอง ส่วนท้องถิ่นในการลดและใช้ประโยชน์ของเสียจากการเกษตร และเพื่อให้ เกษตรกรใช้ในการจัดการศัตรูพืชทางการเกษตรแบบผสมผสานในไร่นา เป็นการช่วยให้เกษตรกรรักษาสภาพแวดล้อม และมีการประกอบอาชีพ การเกษตรที่เหมาะสม ส่งผลให้เกษตรกรมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีขึ้น ระหว่างวันที่ 14-15 มิถุนายน 2555 ณ อุทยานสิ่งแวดล้อมนานาชาติสิรินธร และเมื่อวันที่ 3 กรกฎาคม 2555 มูลนิธิอุทยานสิ่งแวดล้อมนานาชาต ิ สิรินธรฯ ร่วมกับกรมควบคุมมลพิษ จัดการอบรมเรื่องการลด คัดแยก และ ใช้ประโยชน์ขยะมูลฝอยและของเสียอันตราย ส��ำหรับเยาวชนในพื้นที่อุทยาน สิ่งแวดล้อมนานาชาติสิรินธร เพื่อเสริมสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการลด การคัดแยก และการใช้ประโยชน์ขยะมูลฝอยและของเสียอันตราย ก่อนน��ำไป ก��ำจัด โดยการฝึกอบรมมุ่งเน้นให้เยาวชนได้ฝึกปฏิบัติตามฐานการเรียนที่แบ่ง ออกเป็น 3 ฐาน คือ 1) การลด คัดแยก และใช้ประโยชน์ขยะมูลฝอย 2) การจัดการของเสียอันตรายชุมชน และ 3) การก��ำจัดขยะมูลฝอยที่ถูกหลัก วิชาการ The Sirindhorn International Environmental Park Foundation, in collaboration with the Agriculture Office of Phetchaburi arranged 2 training courses - a course for increasing the effi ciency of local administrative organizations in reducing and utilizing agricultural waste and a course for the integrated pest management of farms and fields of agriculturists in Phetchaburi. This was to transfer knowledge to the local administrative organizations with regards to the reduction and utilization of agricultural waste, and to allow farmers to be able to apply the integrated pest management in their farms. This would help the farmers conserve the environment and practice appropriate farming, resulting in their better life quality. The courses took place on June 14-15, 2012 at SIEP. Furthermore, on July 3, 2012, the Sirindhorn I nternational Environmental Park Foundation, in collaboration with the Pollution Control Department, held a training program on reducing, sorting, and utilizing solid waste and hazardous waste for the youth in the area of SIEP. The objective was to build up the knowledge and understanding about reducing, sorting, and utilizing solid waste and hazardous waste before disposal. The focus of the training was for the youth to do the practical activity of each learning base, which made up of 3 bases in all: 1) the base for reducing, sorting, and utilizing solid waste, 2) the base for managing hazardous waste from community, 3) the base for technically correct solid waste management. 62
