Letter from the Office Majesty’s Principle Private Secretary for the royal permission and authority to use the land. วัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการ 1. จัดตั้งศูนย์สาธิตและทดลองการเกษตร เพื่อศึกษาหาข้อมูลใน ด้านการปลูกพืชและการเลี้ยงสัตว์ที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อการพัฒนาการ เกษตรในพื้นที่ที่แห้งแล้ง ตลอดจนสาธิตการใช้เทคโนโลยีการเกษตร 2. ท��ำการปฏิรูปที่ดินโดยการพัฒนาที่ดินว่างเปล่า จัดสรรให้ เกษตรกรที่ไม่มีที่ดินในการเพาะปลูกเป็นของตนเอง เข้าท��ำการ ประกอบอาชีพตามวิธีการเกษตรแผนใหม่ แต่ไม่ให้กรรมสิทธิ์ในการ ถือครองที่ดิน 3. รวมกลุ่มเกษตรกรที่ได้รับการจัดสรรที่ดินจัดตั้งเป็นสหกรณ์ การเกษตร โดยใช้หลักและวิธีการสหกรณ์แก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆ ของ สมาชิกตั้งแต่เริ่มการผลิตจนถึงการจ��ำหน่ายสู่ตลาด 4. เป็นแหล่งให้การศึกษา การส่งเสริมและเผยแพร่ความรู้ ให้แก่ เกษตรกร นักเรียน นักศึกษา และประชาชนทั่วไป ภาพข่าวเรื่องในหลวงโปรดเกล้าฯ มอบที่ดิน News picture of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej gave the land in the newspaper. Project Objectives: 1. Set up a centre for agricultural dem onstration and experimentation to study information regarding crop growing and livestock raising beneficial to agricultural development in drought-prone areas and demonstrate agricultural technology usage. 2. Carry out land reform by developing bare areas and allotting them to farmers who have no their own land so they can use the new agricultural methods without granting them propriety right to the land. 3. Organize farmers who have been provided with land into agricultural cooperatives, using the principles and methods of cooperatives to solve problems of members from production to distribution of products to markets. 4. Provide a source of education, promote and disseminate knowledge to farmers, school and college students, and the general public. 20
