At that time, His Majisty King Bhumibol Adulyadej had the conversation with members of the cooperative too. การด�ำ เนินงานพัฒนา 1. การจัดที่ดิน รูปแบบการจัดที่ดิน จัดให้เกษตรกรท��ำประโยชน์ แบ่งเป็น 2 ลักษณะ คือ 1) แปลงเกษตรชลประทาน-โดยโครงการฯ ได้จัดให้มีระบบ ชลประทานเข้าถึงพื้นที่เพื่อให้เกษตรกรท��ำการเพาะปลูกพืช ผัก และ ปลูกบ้านพักอาศัย 2) แปลงเกษตรน��้ำฝน-ใหเ้กษตรกรท��ำประโยชนใ์นแปลงเกษตรน้ำ�� ฝน โดยการปลูกพืชทนแล้ง ไม้ยืนต้นต่างๆ เพื่อเป็นการเพิ่มรายได้ เกษตรกรของโครงการจะได้รับการจัดที่ดิน รายละ 2 แปลง โดย ให้สิทธิประโยชน์ชั่วลูกชั่วหลาน แต่ไม่ให้กรรมสิทธิ์ในที่ดิน เพื่อป้องกัน การซื้อขายเปลี่ยนมือ ซึ่งอาจท��ำให้โครงการฯ ผิดไปจากวัตถุประสงค์ ทั้งนี้ กรมส่งเสริมสหกรณ์ได้ก��ำหนดระเบียบถือใช้ ได้แก่ ระเบียบ กรมส่งเสริมสหกรณ์ ว่าด้วยการจัดสรรที่ดินหมู่บ้านสหกรณ์โครงการ หุบกะพง พ.ศ. 2524 The Development Operation 1. Land Provision There are 2 types of land provided for farmers to make use of: 1) Irrigated agricultural plots - The project has arranged an irrigation system in the area for farmers to grow crops, vegetables and build residences. 2) Rain-fed agricultural plots - Farmers will make use of rain-fed agricultural plots by growing drought-resistant crops and perennial plants to increase income. Farmers in the project will receive two plots of land each and this privilege will be granted also to descendants, but the proprietary right to the land was not granted. This is to prevent it from changing hands upon buying and selling the lands, which may abuse the objectives of the project. Regarding this, the Cooperative Promotion Department has established regulations on the provision of lands of the Cooperative Village of the Hupkapong Project of 1981. 21
