For the future, staff at the centre would like to increase the number of visitors and the space availability so as to be able to accommodate more visitors. Currently, the centre is facing various problems. First, there are limitations regarding the lodgings available for trainees: the centre can accommodate a total of 212 trainees at any one time, which is not a very large number. Second, there is a problem about dissemination of news and information. Attempts have been made to find allies for energy and environmental conservation to cover more population groups in different areas across the nation. Moreover, when the time comes for the door to be opened to the ASEAN Economic Community in 2015, วารสารอุทยานสิ่งแวดล้อมนานาชาติสิรินธร Journal of the Sirindhorn International Environmental Park ห้องนิทรรศการรู้ค่าพลังงาน / The introduction to energy Exhibition. there will probably be training in energy and environment taking place at the centre with both existing technology and that invented at the centre being used in order to develop the quality of life of the common people, as well as the ASEAN Economic Community. The EPPO also supports SIEP in developing the style of demonstration and improving the exhibitions of energy station. This is to enhance capacity of the Energy for Environment Centre to be a centre of dissemination of knowledge and understanding about energy and environmental conservation, and to be a source for exchanging knowledge and learning about renewable energy technologies.
