พระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวภูมิพลอดุลยเดช “ศูนย์รวมแห่งจิตใจประชาชนทั้งประเทศ แบบอย่างแท้จริงของการลงมือกระท�ำ ” His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej “The centre that holds the hearts of all the people of the nation together, the true model of one who actually gets to work.” ตลอดระยะเวลากว่า 66 ปีแห่งรัชสมัยพระเกียรติคุณของ พระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวเป็นที่ปรากฏและยอมรับกันอย่าง กว้างขวาง ทั้งในประเทศและระดับโลก ทั้งในแง่พระราชจริยวัตร พระปรีชาสามารถ พระราชวิริยะอุตสาหะ ตลอดจนพระอัจฉริยภาพ ที่ได้ทรงแสดงให้ประจักษ์จากแนวพระราชด��ำริและกระแสรับสั่งใน วโรกาสต่างๆ จะเห็นได้จากโครงการอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชด��ำริที่ ปรากฏให้เห็นเป็นรูปธรรมมากกว่า 3,000 โครงการ ด้วยหลักการ พัฒนาที่มีดุลยภาพระหว่างมิติทางเศรษฐกิจ สังคม ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม ตลอดจนหลักการที่เรียบง่าย สอดคล้องกับสภาพภูมิประเทศและสังคม พระราชกรณียกิจและพระราชภาระกิจที่พระบาทสมเด็จ พระเจ้าอยู่หัวทรงปฏิบัติอย่างไม่เหน็ดเหนื่อย ในการพัฒนาประเทศ และช่วยเหลือประชาชนในพื้นที่ที่ห่างไกลและทุรกันดาร ไม่เพียงแต่ ยังความปลาบปลื้มมาสู่พสกนิกรชาวไทยอย่างหาที่สุดมิได้เท่านั้น แม้แต่องค์กรระหว่างประเทศและสถาบันการศึกษาทั่วโลกต่างได้ ประจักษ์และตระหนักถึงพระอัจฉริยภาพของพระองค์เช่นกัน จึงเป็น ที่มาของการทูลเกล้าฯ ถวายรางวัลและสิทธิบัตรต่างๆ จากองค์กร ระหว่างประเทศและสถาบันการศึกษาทั่วโลกอย่างมากมาย หลากหลายรางวัล ดังต่อไปนี้ กองบรรณาธิการ/Editors Throughout the 66 years of his reign, the prestige of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej has been widely evident and accepted both at national and global levels, for his conduct, his talents, his perseverance and his genius, which have been manifested through his initiatives and directives on numerous occasions. His honourable character is evident in the Royal Development Projects, which number over 3,000 and which follow development principles by balancing the economic, social, natural resource and environmental dimensions, as well as principles that are simple and congruous with topographical and social conditions. The duties and missions that His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej completes seemingly tirelessly in developing the nation and helping the population in remote and underdeveloped areas not only inspire great pride among the Thai people but have also been recognized by international organizations and academic institutions, who have also joined in the claims for his genius. This is shown by the prizes and patents from international organizations and academic institutions from around the world which have been presented to him, as described below:
